General SPEEDING FINES will now range from $175 to $474 +gst

Through CONSTRUCTION ZONES from $356 to $949 + gst DOUBLES IF WORKS ARE ON SITE.

FAILING to obey a RED LIGHT as of Jan 2020 to $550.00 and 4 demerits

Advancing into an intersection (failing to do a 3 second stop) controlled by a RED LIGHT, STOP SIGN or PEDESTRIAN CROSSWALK Jan 2020 INCREASE FINE TO $550.00 and 4 demerits

One of the biggest problems we have when it comes to fatalities is people running marked stop signs at rural intersections. A trip to a courthouse could also get more expensive: the fees range from $95 to $225.
